In the Great Hall we set up our taster table, encouraging pupils and staff to try our beetroot creations




Beetroot Hummus with Homemade Beetroot Crisps, Vegan & Gluten Free Beetroot Brownie with Beetroot Buttercream, Pickled Golden & Candy Beetroot and finally a Beetroot and Apple Ice Tea




Next up in March we feature Rhubarb
