Wok & Roll Theme Day 18.01.24

Introducing 'Wok & Roll' our first themed lunch of the calendar year. On offer our very own take on a Chinese take away lunch.


Tempura battered chicken thighs or Singapore vermicelli with salt and pepper tofu and spring rolls, served with egg fried rice, steamed Asian vegetables and homemade sweet & sour sauce.

On our seasonal salad table was an Asian style street slaw with pickled mooli, adding ultimate freshness and a umami flavour to the main course


Our Oriental dessert table saw host to a Chinese chiffon cake with miso cream cheese frosting to go with an apple & matcha ice tea hydration station.

Our 'help your self' prawn crackers and fortune cookies were a massive hit with students and staff




We look forward to our Australia Day themed dessert table on 26.01.24
